A quick note on how this works: TrailNest Outdoor doesn't warehouse this gear ourselves. Depending on the brand, your order ships directly from that manufacturer's own warehouse or fulfillment center, whether that's Jackery, FreeSpirit Recreation, or Naturnest, so items from the same order can sometimes ship from different locations. That's also how we keep freight costs and delivery times reasonable on gear this size.

Most of our products — all Naturnest and Jackery items, plus FreeSpirit Recreation accessories — ship free. FreeSpirit Recreation rooftop tents and awnings ship via flat-rate freight, since they're large, palletized shipments; that rate is calculated by delivery zone and shown to you at checkout before you pay a cent. That number is the number — no add-ons waiting for you later. Lift gate and residential delivery are already built in.

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states only. Per our manufacturers' own shipping restrictions, we're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO, including Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific) at this time — checkout will not let you complete an order to those addresses. We're sorry for the inconvenience, and hope to expand shipping coverage in the future.

One thing we'd love your help with: please make sure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Carriers charge extra when a correction has to be made mid-route, and we'd rather that money stay in your pocket.

When your freight shipment shows up, take a minute before you sign for it to look things over — even a box that looks perfectly fine on the outside is worth opening right there at the door. It's an extra step, we know, but it's the only way we can file a damage claim on your behalf if something got knocked around in transit. If you do spot an issue, just note it on the delivery paperwork and mention it to the driver so we can get a claim moving right away.

If anything about your order isn't right — wrong item, something missing — reach out to us at support@trailnestoutdoor.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it.

Availability

We keep our product pages honest about what's actually available. "In Stock" means it's ready to ship today. "Restocking Soon" means the next batch is already on its way to us.
